A member of the 1981 AIAW national championship team at Florida State,
Dillman has coached women's golf at FSU from 1985 through 2009. She was an
assistant coach under Verlyn Giles until 1991 when she took over as head
coach. She has coached four All-Americans and 10 All-ACC golfers and has
led the Seminoles to the NCAA tournament 16 times including eight
appearances in the NCAA championships during her 19 years as head coach.
Her teams have won 21 tournaments and she was named ACC Coach of the Year
in 1992.
