Home, Jacksonville, Fla. Joseph Malcolm Jordan, Sr., 63, passed away
Thursday, October 7, 1999 at St. Vincents Hospital. Born July 20, 1936 at
St. Vincents Hospital and raised in Jacksonville by his loving mother, the
late Fannie Kate Jordan. He was a graduate of Florida State University and
served in the Army Reserves. He worked as a salesman for several Fortune
500 companies and later in life turned toward philosophical and spiritual
writing. Some of his favorites were Albert Schweitzer, Norman Vincent Peale
and Shakespeare. "Never Forsake Your Humanity-Be Spiritual But Above All
Else Always Be Human." He is survived by his wife Macrina, son Joseph Jr.,
daughter Tracy, grandson Wesley and cousin Tom Ridley.
