Donald
Boyer Ramsey, 79, died at home in Magnolia Springs, AL. He was a native of
Beebe, AR and grew up in Port St. Joe, FL. He was a graduate of Georgia
Military Academy, Atlanta, GA and received his BS degree from Florida State
University. He was a member of SAE Fraternity. He was employed at "The Home
Insurance Company", Washington D.C. and later with "Smith & Nephew",
Birmingham, AL where he lived for 38 years. He is survived by his wife
Elizabeth (Heuser) and children, Lynn (John) Boller, Orange Beach, AL, Rev.
Michael (Teressa) Ramsey, Pensacola, FL, John Phillip Ramsey, Live Oak, FL
and David Ramsey, Orlando, FL; six grandchildren, Elizabeth (James) Garner,
Jupiter, FL, Candace Boller, Houston, TX, Cammie Boller, Nashville, TN,
Cherilyn and Anna Ramsey, Daphne, AL and J Boller, Orange Beach, AL;
sisters, Lynn Kerigan, Mexico Beach, FL and Mary Dell (Penn) Holman,
Roswell, GA; sister-in-law Helen Ramsey Carlsten, Port St. Joe, FL., 11
nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Edwin Ramsey
and a brother-in-law, Jack Kerigan.
