Kenneth Robert Palmer, 54, of Tallahassee, FL, died Friday, April 20, 2001, of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in Tallahassee.

A native of Birmingham, Michigan, he was a longtime resident of Tallahassee. He graduated from Florida State University, where he was also a member and president of Theta Chi Fraternity. He served as State Courts Administrator for the Florida State Courts System since 1974.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Allen Palmer. He is survived by his parents, Howard and Margaret Palmer of Akron, OH; daughters, Victoria Parke Palmer and Kathryn Elizabeth Palmer both of Tallahassee; sister and brother-in-law, Janet and David Budai and nieces, Kristin and Kathy all of Stow, OH.
