William P. Keefe, 68, of Tallahassee died Tuesday.

A native of Woonsocket, R.I., he had lived in Tallahassee since 1988. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War was was employed as a school teacher in Dade County for 30 years and at Trinity Catholic School for eight years. He was a member of the VFW Post 2208 and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jane Hunt Keefe of Tallahassee; three sons, David W. Keefe and Dale M. Keefe, both of Jacksonville, and Mark L. Keefe of Fort Collins, Colo,; a daughter, Linda K, Keefe of Tallahassee; and two grandchildren.
