FRANKFORT, Ind. - Billie
"Bing" Wainscott, 64, of 2160 Prestwick Drive, Marietta, Ga., died at 5
a.m. Sunday, April 14, in his home.
Mr. Wainscott was retired from Alcoa
in Lafayette.
Born April 2, 1932, in Frankfort, he graduated from
Frankfort High School in 1950 and attended Indiana University three years
and attended Florida State University. He set records in track while in
high school. He married Georgia Hushaw on Nov. 2, 1979. She survives.
Mr. Wainscott was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Harley Owners Group
(HOG) and Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
Surviving with his wife are two
sons, Timothy Paul Wainscott of Lafayette and Geoffrey K. Wainscott of
Woodstock, Ga.; a daughter, Candice Boyer of West Palm Beach, Fla.; his
mother, Florence Lowery Wainscott Michael of Frankfort; and a sister,
Shirley Taylor of Frankfort.
