Obituary for Ralph Loraine Cowart Published in the Tallahassee Democrat, 1 Feb 1989, page 26. KENSINGTON, Md. - Ralph L. Cowart, 61, of Kensington, Md., died Saturday in Washington, D.C. He was a native and 25-year resident of Tallahassee. He was a retired manpower development specialist for the Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., and formerly employed with Florida State Employment Service in Clearwater. He was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps, member of the Church of Christ and member of the Mended Heart of the American Heart Association.
Survivors include his wife, Betty H. Cowart of Kensington, Md.; a sone,
John Cowart of Tallahassee; his mother, Charity Cowart of Tallahassee; a
granddaughter, Rebecca Cowart of Tallahassee; and a grandson, Jordan Cowart
of Tallahassee. |
