Thomas M. McDougal, 54, passed away May 12, 2010 after a courageous fight following kidney and liver complications. He was born June 28, 1955 in Miami, FL.

He graduated from Palmetto H.S. in 1973 and attended FSU on a football scholarship.

After graduating with a degree in agriculture from MTSU in TN, he worked in a number of industries including oil services, trucking, commercial fishing, commercial real estate and insurance.

He had a love for adventurous travel, the outdoors, golf and Cajun cooking. Tom's sense of humor and big heart will be missed by all.

Tom was preceded in death by his father Robert.

Survivors include his wife, Vevin; mother, Eileen; and brothers: Ed and Bob.
