Harry Alexander Truluck Obituary. Published in the Tampa Bay Times on Oct 29, 1998, page 123. Truluck, Harry, 72, of Belleair Bluffs, died
Tuesday (Oct. 27, 1998) at Largo Medical Center. He was a Clearwater native
and a 43-year resident of Belleair Bluffs. He was a graduate of Florida
State University and taught school for 35 years in Pinellas County at
Belleair Elementary, Largo Central Elementary, High Point Elementary and
Largo Middle. He was mayor of Belleair Bluffs in 1966 and a charter member
of Belleair Bluffs Volunteer Fire Department. He was a Navy veteran of
World War II. He was a member of Clearwater Bombers and Peace Memorial
Presbyterian Church, Clearwater. Survivors include his wife, Betty; His
daughter, Tina Serfass, Belleair; a son, Alex, Safety Harbor; three
sisters, Juanita Brass and Faye Klinger, both Largo, and Pauline Sewell,
Clearwater; and three grandchildren, Shelby Truluck and Madison Truluck,
both Safety Harbor, and Price Serfass, Belleair. |
