From the FSU Website, seminoles.com. Edward Joseph Sessions Obituary. Published by the Tallahassee Democrat on Apr 10, 1983, page 24. Edward Joseph Sessions, 51, of 1313 N. Bronough St. died Friday at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center. A native of Meridian, Miss., he had lived in Tallahassee since 1939. He was a retired director of the Florida State Treasury and a graduate of Leon High School and Florida State University. He was a member of the American Legion, a member of the Tallahassee Rotary Club and a member of the Tallahassee Lodge 37, BPOE. He was past president of the State Treasurers Employees Credit Union, a member of the Capital City Country Club and a member of the Tallahassee Quarterback Club. He was also active in the Leon Boosters and Seminole Boosters, and was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church. Survivors
include his mother, Eva A. Session of Tallahassee and a sister, Nelma
